About me
Pamela Rabin is an EdTech futurist and educator with 29 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and leading innovation in schools. She explores how emerging technologies—like AI, AR/VR, blockchain, and quantum computing—may shape the future of learning over the next two decades. Pamela recently completed her doctoral studies in Educational Leadership at San Diego State University, and she lectures in Educational Technology at the University of San Diego. She also serves as a Coordinator in Educational Technology at the San Diego County Office of Education, where she leads the AI Policy Leadership Network and collaborates with districts to ensure thoughtful, equitable integration of AI in education. A passionate advocate for student empowerment, Pamela’s work bridges vision and practice—bringing Paulo Freire’s ideas to life through the transformative potential of AI.
